It's very surprising to find out that something ordinary but "special" here in Indonesia can be a very interesting thing in the U.S. I am about happy and delighted to see Indonesian recipes go to the U.S. through an Indonesian writer. Congratulations Mbak Fida, you are a very creative writer. I wonder how you can find all the seasonings in the U.S. I suggest to add more Indonesian traditional recipes to your next cookbooks. We have so many delicious traditional cakes and menus to write in books, especially "Onde-onde". I believe many Americans will like it. Aside of less brighter photographs, I do not have other criticism for this book. Good job, Mbak Fida.
